A nice place to stay near Kew Gardens Positive: The house is great, as it has everything you might need for a short (or longer) stay, including milk and water in the fridge, cleaning supplies, etc. It was clean and is located in a nice area, about 10 min from the Kew Gardens station, and a 5 min walk to a small shopping centre and the Thames. Communication with the team was easy through WhatsApp. The beds were comfortable, and the pullout sofa was fine for a child. There was good water pressure for showers. Negative: All five of us noticed a strange fishy smell in the house, and when we enquired about it, we were told to open the windows. The smell lingered for part of the night, which was a shame. We weren't able to pinpoint where it originated from.

A great stay! Positive: Great location, finished to a lovely standard. Comfortable will all amenities. Check in was easy. Negative: Unfortunately we experienced a leak on one of the velux windows & there was a slight smell of damp.

Positive: Fabulous location close to Kew Gardens and Kew Station. Cozy little house, clean and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and included lots of extras such as tea, coffee and milk. Paloma communicated well with us and was there to meet us and guide us into the parking space. She was so helpful and provided a guide for all the appliances. Would definitely recommend!

A bit overpriced, definitely not a house. Positive: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, had basic kitchen equipment. Negative: It was listed as a 'house' which is not the case, probably a converted garage. The main bedroom just had a skylight, no window. The traffic was noisy in the morning. It was overpriced. It wasn't clear on booking that it was managed by a letting agent who wanted to have a lot of contact before the stay, and also needed a specific check in time as we had to be met to be let into the property.
