非常好。 Positive: 非常安静舒适的公寓，附近有地铁站，还有waitrose和Tesco。员工的回应也很及时。 Negative: Wi-Fi信号不太好。

We had a perfect stay! The flat was impeccably clean, and the layout was perfect for 2 couples to stay there and have room to convene and room for privacy. Paloma and team were fabulous - they made check-in easy and provided everything we could have needed. Neighborhood was fabulous - walking distance to V&A and so much more. Thank you!

Perfect! Positive: Beautiful- location & apartment decorated to a high spec. Very comfortable- felt like a real treat. For a basement flat it felt very bright especially with little private garden area. Negative: Staircase down it is is steep & twisty so be careful.

We will book this flat again in the future. It’s an amazing, very comfortable, and convenient place. We booked the place at the end of May 2025 for an Eric Clapton concert and had a great time. Comfy beds, kitchen has a washer and dryer, living room was cozy, the garden patio was a bonus - we had fabulous weather. Paloma (staff) was very sweet and responsive. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the tube, great restaurants, shopping near Kensington Park, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Natural History Museum. Be aware, the property is a level below the street and has narrow stair steps. Rolling baggage may be challenging to manage.
