18MP · Amazing South Kensington Apartment 2 Bedrooms

Excellent property, perfect location. We have a brilliant stay. Positive: The location of the apartment was excellent. It is in a quiet side street but very handy for shops, places to eat and the underground. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, well maintained, and well stocked. We really appreciated the provision of tea bags/coffee, milk and some bottled water. Communication with the team was quick and easy. Would definitely stay in the apartment again. Highly recommend. Negative: The only issue we had (and this is not the fault of the property hosts), was that the lift in the building was out of order during our stay. It was approximately 90 steps to reach the 5th floor. However, we were told about the problem before we arrived and a member of the team met us to help with our luggage - this was very much appreciated.

Well worth the stay: location, facilities and the xomunication. Positive: Let me start with a big thank you to Paloma, that was attentive, patient and courteous in every communication we had. Location - excellent, museums are a 10 minutes walking distance, North Kensington station too. Flat - housed a family of 5 (3 kids) in comfort, we had everything needed to make food, and we could save money on making our own breakfast. There were even electric converters, which was a nice touch. Negative: Beds were not comfortable to some of my family, rooms are small, but that to be expected from flats in London.
